Fineline is committed to the ethical and transparent use of generative artificial intelligence (GAI) consistent with the approach outlined by OCAD University. Fineline uses GAI tools for supporting and improving the work of employees or contractors. In accordance with these guidelines, a GAI attribution statement should be include in the meta data of web pages or alt text of images in order to meet accessibility standards. The attribution of any work created with the assistance of GAI should include:

• The specific GAI tool used
• Where/how GAI tool was used in the creative process
• Prompts/inputs provided for the tool
• Clear indication of how the AI materials is integrated in the final work
