Immersive Artistry Across Mediums
I am a painter and a Muralist; I like to create work that can be interactive in some way or bespoke. That is why I love to paint live and enjoy creating commission artwork for clients. I also love to tell stories with my work, I'm a complete romantic so I like to get poetic with my work. My favourite subject to paint is a combination of wildlife and human portraits, while utilizing different mediums like ink, watercolour, acrylic and spray paint.
A Collection of Dreamy Watercolours
The pieces I've selected for my Fineline collection are the kind of pieces I would like to see in my own home. They're dreamy and nebulous studies of faces and animals. This effect is achieved with watercolour and ink, when I paint with these mediums, I try to let the Ink flow be light and playful, like a soft melody on paper.
Meditative Reflections, Inventive Stories
Of course, I always hope that the viewer will appreciate the aesthetic appeal of my work, but with these paintings I hope we will be able to go a little deeper. When I paint my watercolour and ink pieces, I'm in a bit of a meditative mind set. I find the process very relaxing and reflective. So, I hope they encourage some self-reflection from the viewer, that they spark some curiosity. I hope they tell a story - one the viewer will have to invent and come up with their own narratives!
